Bath Temp Control
The Systematics Bath Temp Control monitors the plating bath temperature with a type K thermocouple and displays the temperature in degrees F with a bright LED display. A 110 Volt output receptacle can be connected to a steam or electrical solenoid. The operator adjust the setpoint to the desired temperature and the "band width" adjustment to a temperature below the set point. The output will be on continuously until the bath temperature reaches the "band width" setting. At this point a 20 second cycling action will begin. At first the output will be on for most of the 20 seconds and off for a small part of it. As the bath temperature approaches the set point, the output will be off for most of the cycle and on for a shorter part of the 20 second cycle. This proportional action continues until a time on time off cycle is achieved that will hold the temperature at the desired set point.
